Age Verification & Sale of Body Armor

Raven Supply Company sells body armor only to customers who meet the legal minimum age required by their state, province, or country. By placing an order for body armor you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least the minimum legal age to purchase body armor in your jurisdiction (e.g., 18 years old or older where applicable).
   
2. The body armor is for lawful use and will not be used in violation of any local, state, provincial, or federal law.
   

Verification procedures. To confirm eligibility we may require one or more of the following before shipping your order: a copy of a government-issued photo ID, third-party age verification, or other documentation that reasonably establishes your age and identity. Orders that do not pass verification will be cancelled and refunded.

Refusal & cancellation. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or withhold shipment if: (a) the purchaser cannot be adequately verified; (b) the sale would violate applicable law; or (c) we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Privacy & data handling. Any personal information collected for verification will be used solely for the purpose of age/identity verification and order processing. We will store and handle that information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws. Verification documents will be retained only as required for legal compliance or fraud prevention and will be securely disposed of when no longer needed.

Compliance & legal notice. Laws about the sale, transfer, and possession of body armor vary by jurisdiction and may change. It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand and comply with local laws.
