1. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring shipments of the selected product based on the frequency and duration you choose at checkout.

Billing & Authorization

By placing a subscription order, you authorize Raven Supply Company to securely store your payment method and charge you automatically for each recurring shipment, unless you prepay for a defined term.

  • Charges will occur in advance of each shipment

  • Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be disclosed prior to purchase

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Managing or Canceling a Subscription

You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Using the secure link provided in your order confirmation email, or
  • Contacting us directly using the information above

Important:

  • Changes or cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but may be eligible for return under our Returns Policy

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase products that are not currently in stock but are expected to become available at a future date.

Payment Terms

At the time of placing a pre-order:

  • You may be charged no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment, depending on the product listing
  • If not fully charged upfront, you authorize us to store your payment method and charge the remaining balance when the item becomes available and is prepared for shipment

Estimated availability or shipping timelines will be provided on the product page when possible, but these dates are not guaranteed and may change due to supply chain or production factors.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel any pre-order prior to fulfillment and shipment for a full refund of any amount paid
  • Once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation, but may qualify for return or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy

3. Try Before You Buy / Deferred Payment Offers (If Applicable)

If a product is offered under a trial or deferred payment program, the specific terms (including trial duration, authorization holds, and billing triggers) will be clearly disclosed at checkout.

By participating in such offers, you agree that:
