Improved Transport Bag

The Improved Transport Bag is an enhanced version of the older Top Loading Duffel Bag. They can be carried from the top handles like a regular duffel bag, but also have padded adjustable shoulder straps so you can wear it like a backpack as well. There is also a top handle to help haul this army surplus bag.
